By accessing or using FitFrnd, you agree to these Terms and all policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or app.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law. You are responsible for accurate registration details, account security and activity performed through your account.

Fitness Consultation Services

FitFrnd enables users to connect with independent fitness experts through video and voice calls. Guidance is for general fitness and wellness purposes and is not medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency support. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical care if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms.

Bookings, Calls and Conduct

Users must join consultations on time, communicate respectfully and avoid recording calls without all participants’ consent. FitFrnd may limit or suspend access where conduct creates safety, privacy or platform-integrity concerns.

Products and Orders

Product descriptions, pricing, stock and estimated delivery may change. An order is accepted only after confirmation. Product warranties, where available, are governed by the applicable seller or manufacturer terms.

Coins and Payments

Payments may include consultation charges, product purchases or optional in-app coins. Coins have no cash value except where the Coins Policy expressly states otherwise. Taxes and payment-gateway terms may apply.

Intellectual Property

The FitFrnd name, logo, interface, content and software are owned by or licensed to Orvantis Technologies LLP. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse them except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and Liability

FitFrnd is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvantis Technologies LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and Changes

We may update features, policies or these Terms. Material updates will be communicated through the service where appropriate. You may stop using FitFrnd and request account deletion at any time.

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer law. Contact support@fitfrnd.com.
