We may collect account details, contact information, profile data, fitness goals, booking history, call metadata, order details, step/activity data you choose to share, device information and support communications. We do not require access to data that is not needed for a selected feature.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, match users with experts, process bookings and orders, provide activity features, prevent fraud, improve performance, send service updates and comply with legal obligations.

Calls, Camera and Microphone

Camera and microphone access is used only when you enable call features. FitFrnd does not record private consultations by default. Any optional recording feature will require clear notice and applicable consent.

Steps and Health-Related Data

Steps and movement metrics are used to display activity insights. FitFrnd is not a medical records service. You control whether supported device permissions are granted and can revoke them through device settings.

Sharing and Service Providers

Information may be shared with fitness experts as needed for a consultation, sellers or logistics partners for an order, payment processors, cloud and analytics providers, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as needed for service, legal, accounting and safety purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

You may update profile information, change permissions, opt out of non-essential communications and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained where law requires it.

Children’s Privacy

FitFrnd is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to the service. A parent or guardian should supervise any permitted use by a minor and approve fitness participation.
