What FitFrnd Coins Are

FitFrnd Coins are optional digital units that may be used for eligible in-app services, offers or expert interactions. Coins are not legal tender, a bank account, an investment product or cryptocurrency.

Buying Coins

Available packs, pricing, taxes and bonuses are displayed before purchase. A completed purchase cannot be transferred to another account except where FitFrnd expressly permits it.

Using Coins

Coins are deducted according to the price shown before a transaction. Users should review the displayed rate and balance before confirming. Promotional coins may have separate conditions or expiry dates.

Expiry and Inactivity

Purchased coins will be managed according to the validity displayed at purchase and applicable law. Promotional coins may expire. We will aim to show relevant expiry information in the wallet.

Refunds and Reversals

Consumed coins are generally not refundable. We may reverse coins or restore balances after a verified duplicate charge, failed service or platform error. Chargebacks may result in balance adjustment or account review.

Prohibited Use

Coins may not be traded, sold, pledged, exploited through bugs or used for unlawful activity. FitFrnd may cancel improperly obtained coins and take action against related accounts.
