Delete from the app
- Open FitFrnd and go to Profile.
- Choose Settings → Account & Privacy.
- Select Delete Account and complete verification.
- Review the deletion summary and confirm.
Request deletion by email
Send a request from your registered email address to privacy@fitfrnd.com. Include your registered mobile number and the subject “FitFrnd Account Deletion Request”.
What happens next
Your account will be made inaccessible after verification. Personal data will be deleted or anonymised, except records we must keep for fraud prevention, disputes, taxation, payment reconciliation or other legal requirements. Pending refunds, orders or safety investigations may need to be resolved first.
